Poor Ben

Poor little Ben had his 3 month immunisations today.  I had to wake him up to go to the appointment so he was so grumpy in the doctors waiting room and i was absolutely dreading what he was going to be like after the injections.  Amazingly though he was actually happier after the injections than he was before.  Strange child.  Ha ha.  Hopefully he won't be as affected by these ones as he was with the 6 week immunisations, he was not himself for a whole week. My fingers and toes are crossed.  XXX

We have been very busy tidying up our garden today.  Connor and Ben are now sleeping, and Cam and Anna are tired and feel so sore, but i guess that is to be expected.  We are nearly thirty!  Scary!!!

To Keryn

Thankyou for your message Keryn, I miss you.  I want to know when you are coming home.  I hope you will live by us somewhere close.  I need you to help me with how to get out my wiggly tooth because Mummy told me you were really good at getting your teeth out when you were little.  I love you Keryn. Wiggly Tooth Dilemma

Things have been very busy in the Hay household this week with the first week of our music lessons.  We have discovered that half and hour goes really really fast when you are teaching individual lessons and we both really enjoyed our first week.  Connor is going for his first sleep over tomorrow night.  He is so excited he can't sleep tonight so he will probably crash tomorrow.  Ben went to plunket today and weighs nearly 6kgs now and is 62cm long.  Connor wants to make a new video for you in the weekend Keryn to reply to your messages.  So keep checking. Connors first video.

Connor has just come home from a four day holiday at his Dad and Kellys house.  He has come home so happy and has been such a good boy.  We are really impressed.  Connor really enjoyed reading and writing back to some of the comments that have been put onto our blog, so thankyou for those.  We did a short video of him while he ate his pudding tonight.  He is so clever!

Connor is such a good soccer player!  This is an action shot of him practising his goal kicking at home.  "Bend it like Beckham!"

Cam and I are going to be teaching private music lessons in our room upstairs and so Dad and Cam have been building a deck so that our Music students don't have to walk through the house to get to their lesson... (and sneakily so that hopefully when our kids have grown up we can move our room to upstairs and put a spa pool on the deck outside our room. )

Hi Aunty Kern and Jarby from Ben

Ben has recently found his voice.  He loves to talk and make different sounds, especially in the middle of the night.  We try to ignore him at 2am so that he goes back to sleep easy but we usually end up cracking up because he is just so cute.  He talks and smiles all the time, however, of course when we want him to talk, like for this video, he makes us work for it.  What a little monkey.
